2. Website and contact
Technically necessary log data may be processed to provide the website securely under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We process enquiries under Art. 6(1)(b) for pre-contractual matters or Art. 6(1)(f) for other requests.
3. Account and organisation data
For registration and SaaS use, we process account, contact, organisation, role, session and usage data to perform the contract under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
4. Meta and WhatsApp
Only after an active connection do we process required account IDs, tokens, messages and contact data through official Meta interfaces. WhatsApp is designed exclusively for Cloud API and Coexistence; no WhatsApp Web or QR solution is used.
5. AI processing
When AI is enabled, messages and necessary context may be transferred to the configured AI provider for responses, classification or summaries. Businesses control where AI is active and can hand over to people.
6. Email and maps
Transactional emails use HubPixel's configured mail infrastructure. OpenStreetMap loads only after explicit consent and may receive technical request data under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
7. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and object to processing. Consent can be withdrawn prospectively. Contact [email protected].
8. Complaints
You may complain to a supervisory authority, including the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin.
