Request deletion
Email [email protected] from your registered address with the subject “HubPixel data deletion”. Include the account email and organisation where applicable, but never passwords or access tokens.
Remove a Meta connection
Disconnect Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp or Ads in HubPixel, or under Facebook → Settings → Business integrations. To delete data already stored by HubPixel, also submit the deletion request above.
Scope and timing
Depending on the request, we delete or irreversibly anonymise profile, organisation, connection, contact, conversation and usage data. We may verify identity to prevent unauthorised deletion and generally respond within one month.
Legal exceptions
Statutory retention duties, security needs or legal claims can require restricted retention. The data is deleted or anonymised when that requirement ends.
