1. Scope
These terms are intended for businesses within Section 14 BGB. HubPixel is not intended for consumers unless expressly agreed otherwise.
2. Service
HubPixel is a modular SaaS platform for AI customer communication, team inbox, social media, content and advertising. Availability depends on the selected plan, product version and integration permissions.
3. Acceptable use
The platform must not be used for unlawful, deceptive, harassing or unsolicited communication. Customers remain responsible for data protection, advertising law, content rights and connected-platform rules.
4. AI and third parties
AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and is not professional advice. Features can depend on Meta, AI, hosting or email providers. No specific commercial result is guaranteed.
5. Customer data
Customers retain rights to their content and grant only the rights required to provide the service. Where HubPixel acts as processor, an Art. 28 GDPR data processing agreement will be provided before commercial operation.
6. Contract details
Prices, quotas, term, termination, availability and final liability provisions will be stated transparently in the selected plan or individual offer. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
